Requirements

• You have proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry. You have already completed a few projects from start to finish.
• Your assets:
• - In-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
• - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• - Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• - Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• - Reliable and trustworthy.
• - Appetite for learning and gaining experience.
• - A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
• - SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent, First Aid, and relevant CSCS card.
• Experience level: at least 5 years (senior level). Education level: no preference. Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
