Requirements

• You have proven experience as a Senior Estimator or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Your assets:
• - Over 10 years' experience in estimating and/or production within the construction industry.
• - Strong technical and analytical mindset with advanced Excel and IT proficiency.
• - Skilled in cost estimating, pricing models, and cost management tools.
• - Proven ability to optimise costs, deliver results, and add measurable value.
• - Confident interpreting technical drawings and using BlueBeam software.
• - Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• - Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• - Knowledgeable across all aspects of the building process
• project management experience is advantageous.
• - Additional strengths: bid writing, proofreading, programming, and site experience.
• - Professional membership (e.g. Association of Cost Engineers) is desirable.
• Experience level: at least 10 years (professional). Education level: BTEC Higher National Diploma / Diploma of Higher Education. Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
