Requirements

• You have proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Your assets:
• - Strong understanding of design processes, design regulations and construction techniques.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams internally and externally.
• - Strategic thinking.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and within scope.
• - Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• - A degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience level: at least 5 years (senior level). Education level: no preference. Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
